風(fēng)淋室使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范（中英文對照完整版）

1. 目的 Purpose：

保證風(fēng)淋室正確、安全的使用，確保其使用壽命。

Ensure the air Shower correct and safe use, to ensure that their service life.

2. 范圍 Scope：

一般生產(chǎn)廠房無塵車間。

Clean room of company.

3. 職責(zé) Responsibility：

所有進(jìn)出風(fēng)淋室的人員。

Air Shower in and out of all the staff.

4. 操作程序 Operating Procedures：

4.1 進(jìn)入無塵車間時使用風(fēng)淋室操作方法：

Into the use of clean room operation of Air Shower

（1） 人員由非潔凈區(qū)走到風(fēng)淋室外門

Staff from non-clean up areas into thedoor Air Shower.

（2）打開外門，進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室后隨后關(guān)閉外門

（3）按語音提示經(jīng)過紅外感應(yīng)器感應(yīng)區(qū)雙門自動上鎖，風(fēng)淋室風(fēng)機起動開始吹淋

（4） 按設(shè)定的時間吹淋完后，按語音提示打開內(nèi)門進(jìn)入潔凈室

Time set by the wind after the shower,according to the voice inside to open the door into the clean room.

4.2 注意事項 Notes

4.2.1進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室前需看清里面是否有人（風(fēng)淋系統(tǒng)工作時，不能用力使勁去推拉門，更不能強制性地將門打開，否則電鎖會被損壞）<如圖5>。

We need to see whether there have people before entering Air Shower(shower system, can not be forced to push and pull the door hard, but not mandatory open the door, or electric lock will be damaged) <Figure 5>

4.2.2進(jìn)出門時不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后傷人（如圖7）。

Do not push the glass door when you go out/into the air shower, so as to avoid the injury after broken glass(Figure 7)

4.2.3進(jìn)入風(fēng)淋室后需先將門關(guān)好后再站在感應(yīng)區(qū)內(nèi)，尤其是多人一起進(jìn)入的時候，關(guān)好門后再去感應(yīng)并啟動風(fēng)淋門。

4.2.4站在風(fēng)淋室內(nèi)接受風(fēng)淋時不要避開風(fēng)淋（如圖4）。

4.2.5嚴(yán)禁任何非專業(yè)設(shè)備人員對風(fēng)淋室的任一技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整設(shè)置(如圖1)。

4.2.6不可隨便更改風(fēng)嘴的吹風(fēng)方向。

Can not be changed in the direction of the wind mouth.

4.2.7進(jìn)出門時必須輕拉推門把手，不要將門的開度打開至極限，以免造成門、門鎖、閉門器的損壞。（如圖2）

4.2.8大件物品，如料車、推車等進(jìn)出不可走風(fēng)淋室（如圖6），需走另一邊的大門。

4.2.9設(shè)備部設(shè)備人員應(yīng)每日點檢風(fēng)淋室的運行狀況，若有異常，及時上報工程師處理。
